ISSA is an international organization, and the Rainier ISSA Chapter is an active group of information security professionals from the South Puget Sound. We usually meet on the first Wednesday of every month at the Dawn Lucien Room of the UW-Tacoma Campus. Please come to our next meeting and see what we’re all about. You can meet the great people involved in our chapter, enjoy a presentation by an informative speaker, and add to your continuing professional education. We kindly ask non-members to donate $10 when attending a meeting to help defray the cost of the food and other expenses. We start our meetings at 6 PM with social networking, which usually includes a catered meal, courtesy of our meeting sponsor. We call the business meeting to order at 6:30 PM, and the information security technical presentation usually begins at 6:45 PM.
